Participants are invited to the Championship a central location near Competition place – Hotel Dynamo. Shchorsa str. 8. Or Hotel Dnipropetrovsk in City center.

COST OF THE CHAMPIONSHIP
Costs associated with the organization, holding competitions and awards attributes formed from voluntary contributions from the entrance of the competitors and sponsor organizations. Expenditure on food, travel and accommodation of participants are sending organizations.

Participants in the championship:

Allowed to the competitions for men (participants aged over 18) teams of clubs and schools of Combat Ju-Jutsu (not less than 1 and not more than 3 participants in the 1 st weight category).

Weight categories:
• Section Full-Contact

Adults (mens 18 years and older) -  to 62 kg, to 69 kg, to 76 kg, to 84 kg, to 92 kg, over 92 kg.


CONDITIONS OF THE CHAMPIONSHIP:
The preliminary application for participation in competitions and bookings of hotels must be filed by no later than 21 April 2011. Teams having not submitted within the prescribed periods, the application shall not be covered in some places. Competition allowed the team that contributed to the credentials committee competitions application in the prescribed form (required visa physician and money. "Institutions) as well as athletes, participating personally and have contributed money. certificate, a qualification ticket, passport or birth certificate and a certificate with a photograph attested by a Notary. The number of participants from one team in the weight category is not limited.

Judges Uniforms: black pants or suit, white shirt.
Referee: white shirt, black suit, maroon butterfly)
Side Judge: white shirt, black
pants, black bow-tie
Trainers: just in sportswear, dock sides.
Representatives - casually clothes.

Conditions of Registration.

Each participant must submit to the credentials committee the following documents that confirm his identity:
• Passport (military ID) or birth certificate;
Budo-passport or original / xerox machine-copy of the current appraisal certificate
• Applications for participation in the competitions of a standard form with a tolerance of a physician;
• The insurance policy of voluntary insurance;
Each participant must be in the next fit and have protectors:
• White, blue or black with the emblem of CJJIF  pure Gi, the school party and the country's flag on the left shoulder;
Color belts must meet the qualifying level;
• protectors: a helmet, protectors of the groin, breasts (for men and women), protectors on the shins with the protection of the feet are used in the competitions among individual categories of secular parties in accordance with rules approved by the Ministry of Family, Youth and Sports of Ukraine on granting Bureau Federation Ukraine .

Tournaments for Combat Ju-Jutsu

Short Full-Contact Section Rules:


1. Match Classification.

Tournament will be held on the wrestling mats or on the tatami size 6 meters by 6 meters.
The fight will be full contact, without any stops.
Time of each match is 2 min. Extra time will be given 1 min. Till the first active execution.

2. Conditions allowing for competition.

Competitors mast be qualified, meet certain age requirements and submit proper documentation to the regulation committee (that is listed in the committee rules & regulations).

3. Uniform of the competitors.

Judo or Ju-Jitsu Gi ( Kimono ). White or blue color ( black by judge approval).
Uniform must have top and under pants.
For hand wear special gloves allowing for strikes & grabs, not weighting more then 8 ounces/ 250g ( the gloves will be given by the tournament officials ).
Competitors are not allowed to wear anything that could lead to injuries: rings, jewelry, watches, chains... .
Competitors should be competing with short clipped nails and clean uniform.
Mandatory protective gear has to be worn during the match: groin cup, underneath the pants.
Not mandatory protective gear: mouth peace, elbow protectors, ankle and knees protectors.


4. Weight categories:

Adults ( 18 years old and higher ) - till 62 kg, till 69 kg, till 76 kg, till 84 kg, till 92 kg, above 92 kg.

5. Victory Awarded:

Clean Victory:

From a strike leading to knockout;
From a pain technique;
From a chocking technique;
For leaving the mat 3 times;
For a continues serious of strikes during the grappling, when there is impossible to defend ( during the complete control of the opponent ).

Decision of the judges:

For first active execution during extra time;
If one of the participants refusing to continue the match;
Removal of the opponent by his coach or representative of his team;
Removal by the decision of a Medical Doctor;
Removal by the disqualification.

Active executions are qualified by any strike or throw getting the opponent out of the mat area.

6. Allowing executions:

Strikes by hands or legs to the head;
Strikes by hands or legs to the body;
Strikes by hands or legs to the legs;
Strikes by knee in the kneeling position to the body;
Throws;
Pain techniques to the hands and legs;
Chocking techniques.

7. Not allowed executions:

Strikes to the eyes, throat, neck and back of the neck;
Strikes to the spine, collar bone, groin;
Strikes to the knee;
Strikes with the fingers, elbow, bites;
Pain techniques to the fingers;
Throws on the head;
Throws holding the head with two hands;
Throws with the pain control techniques;
Arching backwards, twisting the neck and spine;
Execution of pain and chocking techniques with a jerk or snatch;
Strikes to the head during the grabbling on the ground with a full contact;
Grabbing the groin, ears, nose, face;
Over arching the knee in the unnatural position of movement.

8. Disqualification and warning


Execution of illegal moves that will leads to no injuries. The competitor will get a warning. After 3 warnings it becomes disqualification.
If a competitor can not continue the match because of the illegal moves his opponent executed, then the one who made the illegal moves receives a disqualification and removal from the tournament.

The judges staff consist of:

Head Judge;
Medical Doctor;
Judge in charge of the match area;
Referee,
Side judges;
Time keeper.

Protest

Protest is petitioned by the representative of the team in writing and decision is made by the head judge immediately after the match and before the next round of weight category.

 

Combat Ju-jutsu Self-Defense Tournament brief rules

General

Athlete is in the middle of the mat measuring 6 * 6m.
4 assistants are in the corners of the mat and the referee's signal, alternately attacking athlete 1,5-2 seconds (same for all participants). Two more assistants are close to the mat in readiness to replace the assistant has been damaged or improperly performing their duties.

We use 4 types of attacks for 45 seconds each type:
- Attack Simulator knife;
- Attack with a stick;
- Attack strikes the hands and feet;
- Attack of the grippers.


Every attack must be neutralized.
The concept of neutralization of an attack include:
• Care from a line of attack (the attack should not fall into the athlete)
• Putting forward the balance of push, push, throw or hit
• The selection of weapons in the attack with a knife and a stick or a counter-strikes, throws, submission techniques when attacking strokes and grips.
Allowed care unit of an attack without its neutralization.
Repeated treatment is punishable by penalty points.
The time of each type of attack is 45 seconds or to 20 attacks each species with tact 1,5-2 seconds (80 attacks in 3 minutes of pure time).
The attack is conducted converge in one tempo, one offensive movement without the use of technology transfer at work with weapons and change capture.
Speech starts at the team referee. Assistants to monitor gestures referee and attack only on his team every 1,5-2 seconds. The team of referees is considered a gesture aimed at an assistant who was to take the next attack.
Assistant attack in random order. Attacks should be realistic and be aimed at athletes, or pass through the place where he was supposed to be. Assistants, good faith carrying out their role, to be replaced when changing the type of attack. In total there are two such changes. Assistant to the right to limit the attack power in its final phase, if it sees that the athlete did not see it and have to attack in the vital organs in order to avoid damage to the athlete. In this case, the attack should succeed, but with restrictions applied load. If an athlete was unable to free themselves from capture, command is "Stop", the attack stopped and restarted after the command of the referee.


Judges and evaluate performance.
Evaluated primarily practical technology in the performance of an athlete.
Refereeing has judging panel consisting of:
Ch. judges, three judges, referees and judges, the timekeeper.
Three judges tribute to the athlete by the presence of penalty points by subtracting the penalty points from 100 points, which are present in every athlete initially.
Each judge of the three penalty points is counted separately. After the speech, three judges shall submit their results to the Chief Judge that the summation of the remaining after deducting penalty points score determines the outcome of each athlete.


Penalty points are awarded for:
- Double passive care - 2 points
- Loss of balance and rhythm - 1 point.
- No withdrawal from the line of attack - 1 point
- No withdrawal of equilibrium attacker - 1 point
- Lack of a fence of weapon or a counter-attack - 1 point
- Missed shot a knife into the body, head or neck incision - 25 points
- A missed shot or a knife to cut the body limbs and extremities - 15 points
 - Missed the blow in the head with a stick - 15 points
- Missed the blow with his stick in the body or limbs - 10 points
- Missed the blow with his hands or feet - 10 points
- Failure to release from the capture - 10 points.

If the number of penalty points has exceeded 100 points, the athlete will be disqualified.


Prohibited actions.
A contestant may not:
- Use a counter-attack without leaving a line of attack;
- To apply counter-attack in full contact;
- Perform throws and submission techniques with injury assistants.
Assistant should not imitate the actions of sending or throwing.
The attack must not go after the command "Stop".


Equipment and tools.
Athletes wearing a kimono, barefoot or in soft shoes. You can use gloves with open fingers tightly around wrists.
Simulators used blunt knives with blade length of 15-25 cm, 60-100 cm long sticks
For the assistants always use a soft protection shins. You can use a soft defense corps. hands and a soft helmet for head protection. To determine the rate used by the metronome.


Admission to the competition.
Active in the presence of honey.

Help and training athletes at least fourth kyu.
